king size bed hard wood floors helpful staff

the room was amazing , it had a king size bed. the cleanliness was immaculate with hard wood floors. the staff were very helpful , they were probably the most helpful hotel staff i have ever dealt with.

The location offers convenient access to the city. The hotel provided complimentary prosecco upon arrival. The room had complimentary Netflix available.

The staff was reluctant to change the arrival dates. I found the staff argumentative after building work started next door. I was overcharged from the mini bar during checkout.

warm staff professional staff really good breakfast variety selection

the staff showed warmth and professionalism. i felt cared for. the suite was gorgeous and the location awesome. breakfast included a variety, like ginger shots and custom coffee.

my suite was spacious and very clean. it included chairs, a sofa, and lots of room to relax after walking. the bed was super comfy, and the room overlooked the park..

breakfast had a high quality continental buffet to start the day. there was nice coffee and a great selection that changed up daily. access to a sandwich maker and a toaster was also available.
